Moses Taylor Home Health designated "Center of Excellence"

Commonwealth Home Health of Moses Taylor has proudly achieved, “Center of Excellence” designation from Community Health Systems.
To date, only six home health agencies out of 83 have received this honor in 2015. “Center of Excellence” for Home Health and Hospice agencies is a designation that reflects a collaborative effort by all agency personnel working toward a common goal of achieving excellence in the provision of home health services. Quality measures are representative of Home Health Compare scores through Medicare. This data allows people to compare the quality of care provided by Medicare-certified home health agencies throughout the nation. Also factored into achieving this designation are employee satisfaction and turnover rate, patient satisfaction scores, state and CHAP surveys and fiscal responsibility.
