Mid Valley Outpatient Center Adds Physicians

WILKES-BARRE, Pa. (Feb. 9, 2016) – Several Commonwealth Health physicians have relocated their offices to the Mid Valley Outpatient Center, 1400 Main St., Blakely.

Rajan Mulloth, M.D., who practices internal medicine, and Nathan Greczek, a family practitioner, will relocate from Olyphant to Mid Valley. Dr. Greczek will continue to see patients at his office at 150 Brooklyn St., Carbondale.  These physicians may be reached at 570-383-0236.

OB/GYN doctors Gary Reedy and Marc Rabin will open satellite offices at Mid Valley. They will continue to see patients at their main office, 521 Mount Pleasant Drive, Scranton.  Drs. Reedy and Rabin may be reached by 570-346-7338

Podiatrist Jennifer Dempsey, D.P.M., will use Mid Valley as a satellite office. Her main office is at 748 Quincy Ave, Scranton. She also sees patients in Olyphant, Carbondale and Moscow. She may be reached by calling 570-347-9600.
