MFHS Honors Dr. Rabin for Commitment to Community

Marc Rabin, M.D., was honored by Maternal and Family Health Services as the 2015 Outstanding Service Award recipient for his commitment to serving the low-income and medically underserved in the community. Dr. Rabin, who is part of the Commonwealth Health Physicians Health Alliance, began working with MFHS in 1996 and assumed the position of medical director for the agency in 2008, overseeing Circle of Care Healthy Beginnings Plus Maternity Program and Family Planning Program for MFHS in Lackawanna, Wayne, Luzerne and Schuylkill counties.
Dr. Rabin graduated magna cum laude from the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy & Science in Pharmacy, and earned a doctorate of medicine degree from Hahnemann University School of Medicine. He completed his OB-GYN Residency at Cooper Hospital/ University Medical Center Camden, N.J., and is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
