Hospital Honors Emergency Medical Workers

WILKES-BARRE, Pa. (May 26, 2015) – Wilkes-Barre General Hospital observed National Emergency Medical Services Week with several events designed to show appreciation for local first responders. Mayor Thomas Leighton presented the hospital with a proclamation declaring May 17-12 as Emergency Medical Services Week in the city.
